Good doctor, bad hospital
I really liked Dr. Butler-Mooyoung but I was left with a big bill afterward for preventative care because the hospital double billed me for their facilities (they covered her costs but not the cost of the hospital 'treatment room' and this was an accepted insurance). So if you're going to choose this service, I would tripple check they aren't going to do the same to you or avoid the hospital if you can.

I wanted to like Dr. Butler Moo-young. I wanted to trust her. She seemed to know her stuff and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, she did not do her job thoroughly, which resulted in me going into premature labor losing my Daughter. It was my first pregnancy and I did not know what to expect. If only she would’ve measured my cervix at -all appointments. My daughter would still be in my belly. Pregnant patients beware, especially first time Moms. I am pretty sure she goes to sleep at night while I am up tossing and turning crying for my Daughter.

She is a very caring and supportive Dr., she recognizes a problem and makes a plan. I feel like she is listening and ready to take the steps needed to provide the best care. She cared for me through 3 pregnancies and did what she could to help with some tough situations. I highly respect her opinion, she’s a great Dr. Front desk is kind and curtious. They make sure your questions are answered and when you need a call back they actually do make sure you receive one. The easiest office to call

My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Butler a few years ago. She's is an excellent doctor, she"s caring and professional, and a lovely person, Some of her staff, on the other hand, made me feel like I was bothering them, I hope this changes

I love Dr. Butler. She is caring, concerned, and provides a detailed analysis of your situation. She offers suggestions and doesn't leave you in the dark about certain procedures that are needed. She's kind, friendly, loving, and knows her stuff. I came to her from the University of Chicago. I have chronic fibroid issues. They had me on medication after medication that wasn't working. I came in and saw Dr. Butler and right off the back recommended me for a hysterectomy. Problem solved. Love her!

Dr Butler doctor saw me for all of 3 minutes TOPS. I was supposed to be getting an annual OBGYN appointment. All she did was a pap smear and breast exam (for lump), honestly nothing else. They usually ask about period regularity, feel around to make sure there are no lumps or bumps down there, ask about sex safety and all of that. She didn't..She also moved like super fast, so I felt like she had somewhere more important to be. I felt like I didn't really get the exam I should have.

I?ve been a patient of Dr Butler for the past 16 years and she?s truly the best in the business. My husband and I met her when we were expecting our first child and her knowledge, professionalism, excellent bed side manners and sense of humor is what has kept us with her over the years. We now have 3 children and with each appointment and labor and delivery I always felt like I was receiving the best care. I?ll be a patient until she retires.
