Dr. Nicolas Rich Jr, MD

This office has horrible phone etiquette. First off good luck trying to reach anyone to answer the telephone no matter what extension you press. Also, when someone picks up, you’re placed on hold immediately without even a word. Their patient portal they always refer you to is a mess and inaccessible. Simple questions and or a simple form or doctor note needed is impossible to get. They have way to many patients, staff, and doctors that has affected their overall services.

Due to insurance confusion at the hospital at birth my daughter was given a different doctor other than Dr. Rich. When we realized a different doctor was assigned I tried to change it by calling the office. The lady was rude and did not want to hear what I had to say. My parents worked with Dr. Rich when he was working for Zales collections almost 40 years ago. He also worked along my pediatrician when I was little. I always knew Dr. Rich would be my kids doctor. Little did I know it would be ruined by some clerical error and some receptionist on a power trip. I know Dr. Rich is a great doctor he is my stepsons' doctor and has been great.

Dr. Rich and his staff have been my children's doctors for 20 years. My kids now go to Dr. Asaian who is a doctor at his practice and I have the utmost respect for both of them and really do appreciate them and their staff for all they have done for my kids all these years.

Exceptional really doesn't begin to describe the level of their care! Dr. Rich and his team are there for your child; they are there for your family. They are thorough with each well-child visit and with each sick child visit. Even during holiday months, you can count on Dr. Rich to see to it that your child gets the care he/she may need. They explain everything so that the average layman can understand how to best help their child with care and medication, exercise and diet needs. Do I recommend Dr. Rich? You bet I do, without a hesitation!

We have been with Dr. Rich since our oldest child, who is about to turn 18, was born. He added Dr. Munoz and between the two they have provided all the care for our children over the years. At times we have had long waits in the waiting rooms, but they have always seen our children when they were sick the same day instead of making a sick child wait days on end for an appointment. This was important to us. Our oldest had severe immune issues when he was small and was sick frequently. Love them!
