Dr. Arcentales is kind, compassionate and thorough. She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease knowing I’m a nervous patient. Both my husband and daughter also see her and feel The same. Wonderful doctor. The nurse and PA also great, as well as the office staff who are always helpful with questions.

Dr. Arcentales, is smart, kind, professional. She listens, she takes action and she keeps you calm at the same time. Always available and super efficient. She really takes the time to listen, which is rare. Myself and my daughter both love her. Great Doctor!

Simply the best!
Unfortunately, I see many doctors now due to a cancer diagnosis and coronary artery disease. I only wish Dr. Arcentales could treat me for all of my ailments.

The absolute best !!
In my 61 years on earth I have never met a kinder and more caring doctor. She was simply wonderful. She took into account all my anxiety, depression and phobias and spoke gently and without judgment. I feel completely confident in her hands and that my diabetes will improve under her care. A++++++++++++++++

Always a pleasant experience when we go. She has a minimum wait time (hard to find with a lot of Internists) yet she spends time explaining everything to you. I see her with confidence and am happy to find a provider that has excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Arcentales is truly both a knowledgeable and caring medical professional. She has just the right combination of these two attributes that set her apart from so many other physicians. She is kind, she listens thoroughly and she is totally on top of the care that she provides. What a true pleasure and feeling of comfort to have her as my physician.
