Dr. Nicole Monserrate, MD

Dr Monserrate has been my PCP for very many years. She is consistently kind, compassionate and above all else extremely competent. She and her practice are always there to help and do so with a smile. I trust Dr Monserrate fully with my care.

Dr Monserrate is wise, kind and deeply knowledgeable. She heard my concerns, listened well, and gave me terrific guidance and follow up. Strongly recommend.

Dr. Monserrate is an absolutely amazing Internist/Primary Care Physician. After seeing many physicians in the Capital Region, I couldn’t imagine finding someone so well-educated, understanding, compassionate, and dedicated to her patients. I came to Dr. Monserrate as a very “complex patient” seeking a provider who had the intellect, patience, stamina and willingness to “think out of the box” to find solutions for my clinical needs. Dr. Monserrate not only provided all those things, she also kept the humanity in medicine with her pleasant bedside manner, understanding and professionalism. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and seek long-term solutions. She is a vital member of my healthcare team and a doctor that I highly recommend!

This Physician is not practicing as dilligently as she did when she first started. She is also employed by Community Care Physicians and bound by their protocols. The simplest of things become complexities.

Rudest doctor I’ve ever met. Said I was lying when I had a serious infection (jokingly suggested I should go to the ER if my symptoms were “that bad”) and got upset I didn’t return a call within mins. Usually have very positive experiences with Community Care. This Dr. is the reason I am changing practices.

I have been going to Dr. Monserrate for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Monserrate will actually listen to your concerns, asks follow ups and provide suggestions/feedback. I have gone to her with mild concerns during physicals that I normally would not mention due to past negative experiences with doctors that provide a feeling of shame for small problems- this is not the care with Dr. Monsserate. She is a genuinely caring individual that puts the patient first
