NEVER AGAIN
Fairly new in Granbury so...I had a stroke with vision disturbences and went to see Dr. Mueller. She did several tests. I never received any calls or messages regarding the results. I had another stroke this month and foolishly went back to her and low and behold got the same treatment. I tried calling the office and got voicemail and it hung up on me 2x. I pressed 1 for emergency response and it went to voicemail too, where I was hung up on. Since then I've heard from many in Granbury that she is not a good choice. NEVER AGAIN. Makes me want to go there and pitch a fit in her office.

Had my cataract surgery today on my right eye and Dr. Mueller was amazing! She checked and doubled checked to make sure everything was correct before proceeding the surgery! She is top notch and would highly recommend!!! Can't wait to get the other eye done next month!!!

I have found visits to Dr. Mueller's office to be pleasant. She and her staff are efficient, cordial, and competent. I am especially pleased by the cataract surgeries she did for me..

The patient paperwork shows Dr. Mueller's name and info regarding fitting fees for contacts. This is very misleading. Although it's very common to be charged a fitting fee, Dr. Mueller DOESN'T do any contact prescriptions. I indicated I expected a contact prescription when I signed in and was seen. Prior to having my eyes refracted, but after they were dilated, I found out she was not going to give me a contact prescription, and that to get one, I needed to pay for another exam from partner.

Dr. Mueller is always very efficient and knowledgeable about all our eye needs. I recently had cataract surgery and could not be more pleased with my outcome. She is a very pleasant and friendly person. We highly recommend her for everyone.

One hour & twenty-five minute wait until I saw the doctor. Received an eyeglass script from Dr. Mueller last September, but was never able to wear my new glasses, made me very dizzy. Confirmed during my visit today that last year's script was in error. According to her, I gave her erroneous responses when viewing the different eye chart series last year, which led her to writing an inaccurate script for me. Now I am out the expense of replacing the eyeglasses. No responsibility on her part.
