Great Doctor!
I've seen Dr. Stern several times at the Sansum Urgent Care facility. She is knowledgeable, correctly diagnosed several issues, extremely efficient, listens well, and put extra effort on medical issues that could have just been referred out. Also took time to understand vaccine requirements for travel and organized the vaccinations. I wish she was my primary care doctor.

Knowledgeable
She is a good doctor, has much more knowledge than regular doctor. She covered the main aspects I needed and it’s ok she didn’t have much time to “wipe away my snot”. They had many patients, they are busy at Urgent Care. I totally understand.

Dr. Stern was the first to properly diagnose me, after previous trips to Sansum and the ER.

8/8 Dr Stern couldn’t have cared less about the amount of pain I was in. I have a history of ovarian cysts and I have endometriosis. The symptoms I was having are exactly what I’ve had in the past. She said they don’t like to give Out opioids at urgent care which I totally understand and can appreciate because I don’t like taking any hard-core drugs I take CBD instead of ibuprofen or Aleve. And she literally sat there and said I don’t know what you want me to do for you. Then she suggested I get pregnant and have a kid to relieve my suffering because she’s heard that helps. Honest to God I hope nobody else has to deal with her because that was The most ridiculous thing an urgent care doctor can tell you in the middle of you having excruciating pain.

Dr. Stern took care of my husband today at Urgent Care. The place was extremely busy, and she did a good job of being thorough-explaining his diagnosis and treatment well. We were very satisfied with the results.

I saw her when I was suffering joint pain all over my body and visited the Urgent Care. She treated me and referred me the specialist. Very efficient and helpful. I wish she could be my primary care physician.

Dr. Stern saw my 10 year old at Pesetas Urgent Care. She seemed rushed, condescending, and full of herself- no time to thoughtfully answer questions. Very disappointing.
