I was very fond of Dr. Tran. What I did not like is that when she left the practice, I was not notified until a week before my appointment. And then was booked out another month to see someone else. Not very professional.

Excellent Dr. Tends to the patients needs
This Dr. listens well, and has been there always when I needed her. That is hard to find in medicine today. Everyone is too busy. Thank-you very much Dr. Tran.

Very professional!!! Detailed explanation!
Dr Tran was both courteous and patient with me. Dr Tran took time to explain my labs and each aspect of visit. Dr Tran asked about my concerns and took time to listen. I would definitely recommend Dr Tran

My appointment date was August 22, 2023 at 1:15pm. Nicole Tran provided the worst bedside manners. She was very disrespectful towards me, incredibly rude, made inappropriate remarks, and wrote incorrect information on the after visit progress notes/summary. It was my first time meeting with her and the last. I have escalated my complaint. Hopefully other patients don't have to experience the same level of disrespect as I did.
