Dr. Nigam Parikh, MD

I was a nervous wreck during my initial visit. Dr. Parikh was was extremely patient and helpful.

Extremely disappointed! On August 2019, I relocated to Tamarac, Florida from Arizona. Shortly after I arrived, I asked a relative whom I was staying with to recommend a primary care physician for me. My relative recommended Dr. Parikh, because he was her primary care Doctor as well; so i made an appointment for an initial visit in late November 2019. I presented my medical records to the Doctor, and scheduled an appointment for my annual physical in December 2019. After my physical, he scheduled me for a follow up in late January. After my January visit, I was told to do another set of blood work because my cholesterol level was borderline. After completing another round of blood work, they took yet another two series of blood work without really explaining why. Meanwhile, I developed a recurring prostatitis issue, and asked the Doctor for a prescription that I was previously on, and just refused to do it, thereby causing undue suffering. He is cold, incompetent, and uncaring.

The guy is a waste of space. Get a real doctor please. He doesn’t take any time to listen to your complaints and rushes you out of there. Came in there because I couldn’t see out of my right eye for 5 minutes. He just told me to go to a eye doctor and then to a anxiety doctor when I mention I get anxiety sometimes. I do not recommend him at all. Even his team at the MD urgent care can’t stand him either. Terrible.

my first visit was 3 stars and the return for evaluation 1 star my talk was done in 10 minutes and rush me out....

Very caring and communicative doctor. He has been my physician for over 10 years. Responds to questions and answers patiently. Explains the medication and diet restrictions every time I got for my checkup.

Full of energy! Awesome doctor that listens and cares about his patients. He is sounded my an excellent staff. I would recommend Dr. Parikh to anyone.
