Dr. Nigel Lester, MD

I went to be treated for stress. After my office visit, Dr. Lester provided stock treatment of Salt, sauna, and cryo. I could have picked that out out of the spa brochure. He did not offer any other suggestions or comments. I felt disrespected, as though he had written me off. It was in unclear if it was because I was too stressed or not stressed enough to be in his program. It was off-putting. It also, felt like he questioned the validity of what I said because perhaps it didn't fit the narrative that he decided I, a minority, should fit. I would not recommend him. The visit caused me more stress. I did enjoy a month of salt, sauna and cryo.

Dr Lester is extremely kind and intuitive. He accurately assessed my situation without wasting a lot of time, was compassionately direct with recommendations, and basically helped me change my life for the better. I’ve been to several other doctors whose only solution was to push pills at me. Dr Lester worked with me to make lasting improvements.

I would NEVER refer this "dr" to anyone. He's extremely unprofessional- doesn't return patient's calls after stating he would to his staff on 3 diff occas. during very painful and dire circumstances. He's confrontational and contentious, rather than being empathetic. He doesn't listen in a kind manner, but rather talks incessantly & in condescending tones defending his position, which he made based upon 1 session and very limited knowledge. I've seen others successfully, but he's far below par.
