Dr Addy and his wife (the receptionist) are so LAZY RUDE and Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL I called them to the to see if he could send in my prescription because I would not see him for another 5 days and his wife was speaking to me so rudely so spoke to her the way she was speaking to me and Dr Addy threatened my sobriety he stated he would not prescribe my medication because the incident with his wife he said I should respect her when she literally has (NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE) i think them working together is a huge conflict of interest and his wife should be fired there are MULTIPLE other bad reviews about his wife and the other people at the front desk being extremely rude something should be Done this is ridiculous ! They need to be reported asap!!

Dr Addy has always took good of me and my wife especially my wife she has a lot wrong with her one time this hospital sent her home and think God for Dr Addy he took care of her or she would have been back in there or died thank you Dr Addy

Dr. Addy runs his patients as though it was an assembly line. Arrogant, dismissive, and pompous. I would NOT recommend to anyone

Does not treat his patients with compassion, he's herding them through like cattle. I wouldn't recommend this doctor for anyone needing long-term care or pain management.

This man should be removed from practicing medicine does not show that he is Competent do complete his job correctly had to go to emergency room after he said nothing was wrong with me I was there for a work related injuries he was reading from a report sent to him from workers comp he had a very rude opinion over my injuries and stated nothing was wrong but when I went to ER they Immediately found injuries stay away from Dr Addy I will be filing complaint with medical Board

Dr addy i call all week for apoitment and no bory anser the phone i need my preescription for soboxone i be there monday 19 novemver at 7:00 am because i dont have more medicine.. thanks dr. Billy joe zapata 03/01/1981

DR. Addy is an excellent Doctor. I am NOT rating the stars based on the Doctor. But the receptionist. They have very poor customer service skills. I have been hung up on. Charged 40 dollars for a miss communication, the receptionist even scheduled me an appointment and when I went I was told I was not even on the schedule at all that I needed to make another appointment or I can be seen in the express care. have a great day and God Bless You.
