Dr. Hughes is a Patient Advocate
I've been a patient of Dr. Nikki for over 5 years. When she joined this practice, I was elated, as I was under her care at another practice. Her bedside manner is one of compassion and genuine care. Not even the most trival mention of a concern, does she disregard, but listens and collaborates with you as a patient. I appreciate that she recalls my specific concerns from annual appointment to the next. This is the mark of a detailed-oriented provider.

Caring Physician!
Dr. Hughes always enters the room with a smile and often a hug (if needed). When my breast cancer was discovered, she wasted no time making sure that I was immediately connected to full oncology care. As my PCP, her demeanor is always warm and caring. After returning to Georgia to live full time, I quickly made sure she was accepting "return" patients. She moved locations, I followed. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my primary care.

Kind, Courteous, and Thorough
Dr. Hughes is very attentive and thorough. I appreciate her taking the time to listen, inform, and answer questions. She thoroughly discussed my situation and the next possible steps of treatment. Dr. Hughes had my results the very next day and had contacted a specialist in case I needed to schedule an appointment. She is kind and courteous as are her staff.

Dr Hughes is wonderful! She has a warm personality. She is very thorough. After dealing with symptoms that could not be resolved for about 10 years, I switched to Dr Hughes. She truly listened to my concerns. Within a few visits, she diagnosed my issues and started treatment. I feel so much better! Changing my Primary Care to Dr Hughes was a great decision!

Nikki Hughes is the best doctor I've ever had! I love this office and all of the people that work there. It's always such a painless experience and I have such a nice time, in fact, it doesn't even feel like I'm ever going to the doctor. I recommend NAPC in Sugar Hill and highly recommend Dr. Hughes!

I just moved in the area and needed to get some things checked out. I randomly picked a doctor from UnitedHealthCare, Dr. Hughes is extremely engaging and wants to get to know you. She will address anything and help you through them. The staff is extremely friendly and I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival

She told me if I wasn't better to come back, because she thought I needed a tens unit. I came back after finishing medication, paid copayment and she was going to contact someone to get the tens unit. She told me she would call me after she contacted an old rep. I sent reminder message in my patient portal message a week later and the next week left her voice message. She never followed up with me. I never got the tens unit that she told be I was a prime candidate to get one.
