My husband only needed to have blood work for 2 things. Not telling my husband, the dr had the lab test for over 13 things and charged my insurance over 2,000 dollars. I now have to pay his office almost 400 dollars. Totally ripped us off and really Dr??? You tested his blood for an A1C when he’s not diabetic?? He just had blood work in our old home town 3 months ago which you knew. You knew exactly what you were doing when you ripped us off. Thank you for taking food off our table you rich greedy dr

Dr. Sarrimanolis was able to quickly identify a serious medical situation that none of my previous primary care physicians caught on the lab work, but should have. That attention to detail and systematic approach in identifying the problem will probably end up saving/extending my life. Kudos to Dr Driftmeir at Mckinley Orthopedic for the timely referral as well.

Avoid this doctor! He does not listen to you, refers you for many tests and if you question the reason for the test he gets upset and rude. I ended up paying over $4K for tests because they were a repeat of the tests he had done a month before and the insurance wouldn't pay. When I talked to his office manager I was told to read the fine print at the bottom where it said I was responsible if the insurance didn't pay. Never in my life have I had a doctor send me for tests when he knew my insurance wouldn't pay.

Dr Nic (as he is called by his long-time patients) is my husband and I’s Internist. I feel safe in his care and I am a complex medical case. He is a trusted part of my medical team of Specialists. He cares about his patients and their best health. He manages my overall care and stays abreast of what my other Specialists are doing with my care. He even saves the latest medical articles regarding my conditions and gives them to me to read and share with my other specialists. Dr Nic is to the point and efficient. He also takes as much time with me during each appointment as I want. He helps me to feel and know that everything will be ok! I’m not exaggerating when I say that I adore Dr Nic and his entire staff.

The charges from this doctor are higher than the market standard, resulting in some portions beyond the limits that the insurance company wishes to cover.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please do yourself a favor and not waste your time with him. He will not listen to you, for he is very loud and talks over you when voicing concern. VERY rude. Any other internal specialist will guaranteed be better than him!

My son was seeing Dr Sarrimanolis. Due to his illness, the doctor expected depression. When my son felt that way, we sent my son back to Dr Sarrimanolis for a referral to help with his depression. This was a 15 minute appointment, and this referral cost my 19 year old son 2400.00. We questioned the bill and we told the Dr. does not discuss bills with his patients. My son could not see another doctor as the referral cost him every dime he had. Unless you have an endless pocket book, avoid this Dr

Dr. Serrimanolis helped me immensely. TVC was hopeless and the Seattle doctors were baffled but he figured out the problem very quickly and in a matter of a few months I was feeling almost normal after three years of being ill.
