Dr. Niksad Abraham, MD

Dr. Abraham seemed like he knew what he was doing but then my heart kept acting up! He did surgery putting this new and improved pacemaker through my groin area up to the bottom of my heart. I went back to see him telling him it was acting up. I was still having palpitations and trouble breathing. He took my symptoms down and by my next appointment he had moved to another office. I finally got assigned to a new Dr at the CIS office in Baton Rouge where he used to work and found out by this Dr that Dr Abraham had put the pacemaker in the wrong spot. He put it on the bottom of my heart instead of the top!!! So I am stuck with a pacemaker on the wrong spot of my heart until the battery runs out and my new Dr Dr Gullatt is keeping good tabs on it. The pacemaker is in too complicated of a spot to actually take out and put the right one in! And that would be too many surgeries because I'm so young. Dr. Gullatt at the CIS office is taking greta care of me though. So be careful.

I liked his concern, I went to see him with what I thought was a problem. We talked about the problem, set up a procedure in two days, the test was negative . Talked to me before and after…treated me and my family like family. The staff said he was the best. I would recommend him to everyone.

He performed the angiovac surgery on my daughter that literally saved her life. He was very thorough, caring, and professional. I'm so grateful to Dr. Abram and his staff. They r the best. I highly recommend him as an cardiologist. Thank you Dr. Abram.

From the time I signed in, the office was ready to help me. I was 30mins early, so when my appointment time approached they called me to the back. The nurse was very pleasant to talk with, she took my information and checked my vitals. When Dr. Abraham he asked me how I was doing. We held a small conversion. He when through my chart and everything looked good. I was pleased with my visit.
