Wonderful staff, knowledgeable doctor - so happy to have chosen this practice. Dr. Paonessa knew exactly what needed to be done and she arranged the procedure on the day of the consult - I appreciated this greatly.

I had to write to share my fabulous experience with Dr. Paonessa. Her office in Brielle is gorgeous and absolutely immaculate. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. I am overwhelmed by my whole procedure being so quick and comfortable. My procedure was done at Seashore surgical Institute. The staff there also amazing. The staff is wonderful. So glad I found this practice ??

It went great. i was scared and embarrassed from the office visit with Dr. Paonessa, but everyone was super nice and professional that eased up my tension. Dr. explained everything that she was doing and what to expect. overall very positive experience.

I had to have two colonoscopies in two years. Both times she explained the procedures in terms that I could understand, encouraged me to call the office anytime that I had a question afterwards, always greeted me with smile and very professional at all time. I would highly recommend her.

As a retired nurse, and one who has worked in physician offices, I have to say that this was one of the best office visits that I have ever had. The professionalism of not only the physician but of her staff was exceptional. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I would recommend her with five stars. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Paonessa, she is a doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is thorough and compassionate. She doesn't rush her appointments but takes the time she needs to assess her patients. She is very easy to talk with and is very knowledgeable in her field. Her bedside manner is excellent. I am so glad I found her. She has already helped me after one visit, I was very happy. Thank You Doctor Paonessa !

Doctor Paonessa is THE BEST physician I have ever gone to in my LIFE! I was recently diagnosed with cancer, and let me tell you there is no one more caring and knowledgeable, who took the time out to carefully explain everything to me in detail. Every procedure she did was done with great skill but not only that, but also with feeling from one human being understanding what another human being is going through and feeling. I would trust her totally reguarding any of my care. And her whole staff is just wonderful!!! I am an RN and I really have never been so impressed in my life!

Dr. Paonessa is an incredible doctor/surgeon. Have been going to her for a few years and she makes what could be an uncomfortable situation, comfortable. The office is very nice. The only negative is the receptionist(s) are extremely loud. Even for the hard of hearing, very very loud. They need to dial it down a bit. It was so bad it became a source of humor for all of us in the waiting room.

I was so incredibly shocked by Doctor Paonessa's ability to make you feel so comfortable in a medical setting. I have never experienced any doctor that has the amount of patience, empathy, kindness and knowledge as Dr. Paonessa has. I was not only was a patient I actually felt part of her family. After my procedure I had some discomfort and can you believe the Doctor came to my house to check on me! Who does that????? Her staff also are awesome, I know they see dozens of patients daily but they act as if you are her only patient. I cant say enough about this wonderful practice other than I have no problem going back to Dr. Paonessa or recommending her to friends and family.

Dr Paonessa is just a phenomenal physician and holistic medical caretaker/angel. She is skilled, extremely knowledgeable and versed in all the latest treatments and breakthroughs while also caring for the whole person in the kindest, most compassionate manner. I feel better after every visit regardless of the news of the day involving my Crohn's disease. Thanks so much Dr. Paonessa!!

There are no words to express the experience I have had with Dr. Paonessa She is in a league of her own Her abilities and talents as a surgeon can certainly not be matched with anyone in her field. The UNDERSTANDING PATIENCE and WARMTH that she expresses with her patients are OUTSTANDING! Her reputation as a surgeon is truly remarkable. What a great Surgeon. Dr. Paonessa takes the time to explain everything she plans on doing for your care. She also ensures that you are as comfortable as you can be during and after your procedure if one is needed. I'm lucky to have found her to deal with

After an overseas visit I experienced a painful fissure. Dr. Paonessa took her time with explaining everything to me and comforting me. I was able to ask all the questions I needed and cry a river- after medicine, change in diet and time, celebrate with Dr. Paonessa that I was healed. The entire office staff and Dr. Paonessa were so patient and caring - I'd recommend them to anyone.

We were in an emergency as my daughter had a pilonodal cyst and the md who saw he previously dismissed it as a pimple. That doc said if it came back " which it won't" he said get into the office right away. Well it came back n there was no md to see her after the long weekend dr paonessa got us in that day and performed the necessary surgery immediately. I would definitely recommend her. Also we had a ques at night and called us right back n addressed our concerns.

I just want the world to know Dr Nina Paonessa is hands down the best surgeon in the world! She has gone above and beyond her duties as a Doctor/Surgeon time and time again. She is the reason I am still alive, she has helped me recovery physically, mentally and deal with the stress of medical bills 2 years after my surgery from place that don't even pertain to her practice. She is the most wonderful woman on the planet and I wish she could be my regular Doctor and not just my surgeon.
