Dr. Niraj Mehta, DO

Have Never found a physician who truly cares for his patient on a one-on-one basis as complete as Dr. Mehta. He does Not rush, he spends The 'time' necessary to fully analysis your situation AND to Answer ALL your questions. ...he saved my life - by caring enough, by being Thorough effort, to discover that my PSA 'test' results were at high risk that I had cancer. He sent me to a cancer specialist who confirmed that I had prostate cancer, thankfully Early stage. Why do I say 'he' saved my life? Cause during our First, new patient meeting he took the time to discuss and order lab tests for Everything - thorough. I had a previous PCP, whom I liked - but he stopped taking my insurance, but he had not run a PSA blood test for at least the previous 3 years! Dr. Mehta had it ran, along with many other types, ...and found what would have eventually caused my death if it had not been found early like it was, thanks to him. Thank you Dr. Mehta...

Dr Mehta is one of the best I e seen I. My 61 yrs. He’s kind, professional and has a sense of humor which helps when you have aniexty. He listens to not just your issues but he listens to the person. He is truly a God send for me .

Dr. Mehta is amazing. He has treated my daughter with an amazing laser treatment for her acne and it was magic! He listened, was helpful and very caring. I would HIGHLY recommend him!

Excellent personalize care. On the first visit they learned more about me than my previous doctor ever knew. Great staff, too! Friendly, helpful and professional. They helped me get a medicine paid for that the insurance company didn't want to cover. I trust Dr. Mehta and his entire staff.

We LOVE Doctor Mehta at Helical Health! He worked at the hospital I worked at and after he left for general practice, a ton of the staff (nurses, PCTs and doctors) went there to have him be their PCP. That says a lot, because we all worked with him for years and know his practice, competency, bedside manner, etc. Working the medical field we know good and bad medical care when we see it. And we chose to be under his care specifically because of the caliber of practitioner he is. His office admin and medical staff are great, friendly, personable, and responsive. He will offer medicine/standard therapies when necessary, and alternative or complementary therapies when appropriate. He's very open minded and a true holistic/integrative practitioner. He treats you like family, 100%. Resoundingly recommend.

I have known Dr. Mehta for years and cannot say enough good things about him. He always listens and give advice that you can follow. He is someone that you can trust to have your best interest at heart.

Always very thorough and always answers questions in a way that i can understand. He is one of the best doctors in the DFW area. I travel an hour to see him but he is worth the drive.

My husband Ron is in Harris Methodist. Dr. Mehta attended him. What a warm and caring Doctor. So easy to talk to. Explained everything that was happening. He took his time and answered all our questions.
