Nurse and lab tech UNPROFESSIONAL
I have no issue with Dr. Jasani. His office was dirty. His nurse had the bedside manor of 10 day old moldy, stale bread. His lab technician was more interested in her video than making me feel at ease with the tests she was supposed to administer. I didn't feel welcome or at ease. I was anxious and the surroundings didn't help with my anxiety. The front office was stacked with piles of papers, assuming they are medical files...just a very unprofessional visit. If he hadn't come so highly recommended, I would have walked out. It's been a week and I still have not gotten lab results.

Dr Jasani is a wonderful and caring doctor. His staff on the other hand are rude and don’t seem to grasp how insurance works. His office is old and shabby which makes it look unclean. I would have continued to see him if his office staff hadn’t charge me a crazy visit fee and when I explained to them they over charged me they didn’t want to give me the money back.
