My Dr. Nolan Perez must be in his 30's so knowledgable and always so respectful and understanding. He listens to my concerns and never rushes me. He is truly heaven sent. All his staff is so nice. He really has the greatest team.

I recently moved to Texas and was looking for a new doctor. I wasn't looking forward to the process but I found a gem! Dr Perez took his time with me. He answered all of my questions. I told him my symptoms and he said jokingly that it pained him to say he didn't think I needed a colonoscopy. I love that he didn't try to put me through a bunch of tests that i didn't need. I recommend him 100%.

First visit I saw Dr Samuels who prescribed a medication that has helped me.

Miriam de Leon is amazing! She explains everything so well! She is patient and answers all your questions! Staff and doctors are great, but when they contract anesthesiologists, it changes. I had my procedure at the Brownsville Surgery Centerr and Anesthesiologist Jessica Marrren was awful. I wanted to talk to her prior to her putting me under so I could let her know my concerns. She skipped the whole introduction and greet part. She applied the anesthetics and burnt my veins. I yelled the whole time. Her and the team did nothing about it. I talked to the Office Manager and asked her to provide me information so I could file a complaint and they never responded. Also, it is impossible to get through the phone lines. Their reason is that they received hundreds of calls a day. In order to fix things, you have to go in person. Because of that, I have mixed feelings about this place. If you’re not getting procedures and just need good advice from doctors, then I would recommend them.

One of your physician assistants has HORRIBLE bedside manners. Refused to listen. Trying to get in touch with the office or get them to fax documentation back takes over 2 weeks.

Procedure went out smoothly with very minimal side effects

The environment is comfortable and very clean. All staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This also includes front office. They have equipment needed for my exams, therefore, i do not need to drive to other places. I drive 40 minutes to come to this place.

Checked in and only had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Perez was both professional and congenial.
