My husband sees Dr. Garcia, he is the best doctor, a person who listens to you and you can speak to him with great confidence and he cares about the patient's health. He is our GUARDIAN ANGEL

Dr. Garcia kindness help me and my family thru the difficult cancer diagnosis. He took the time to explain in great detail everything that I should expect and showed honest interest in my well-being. He was compassionate and caring with my family members and always stayed with me until all my questions were answered. He truly made me feel like cared for and kept communications lines between us always available. I was blessed to have him when I needed a cancer surgeon the most.

Dr Garcia doesn’t review everything that should be reviewed before giving a diagnosis. The very first visit with him he told our family that he would be able to do surgery to remove what he would consider to be stage 3 colon cancer. A few days after leaving his office we get a call saying he looked at scans and looks like he won’t be able to do surgery we would need to do chemo first due to the cancer metastasizing to the liver and really this is stage 4 we are dealing with. I feel like as a doctor he shouldn’t have said anything without reviewing everything especially knowing that is one of the places colon cancer spreads. I just want to help the next family if you choose to see this doctor please be sure he looked at everything in detail before you allow him to diagnose you or possibly give you false hope.

Even though I am from out of town, they provided a very quick appointment and provided the flexibility I needed. When the problem turned out to be more sever than expected Dr. Garcia and his PA, Nichole, took the time to review options and actually performed a procedure that greatly relived my pain. I will be leaving Florida soon and Dr. Garcia still wanted to see me for follow up to ensure I was back on the right track of recovery.

Dr. Garcia is amazing. He takes all the time a patient needs to explain everything. He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. He also saved my life. When other doctors gave me nothing but the runaround Dr. GARCIA gave me ALL the facts and no BS. My surgery was exactly as described. I had a colovesical Fistula connecting the bladder to the colon. Dr. Garcia removed a third of my colon and repaired the damage. I will be forever grateful.

Gacia showed up as a resident to see my hernia on the right ; he talked about my hernia on the left side ; that left side was already fixed by my surgeon 3 months earlier. Garcia examined the right side with his hand with out glove in a manner totally inapropriate to check out a hernia! His fingers were so rough that I still had had pain the next day! Finally, my real highly qualified surgeon came up to do proper examination. Stay away from Garcia!
