I have been suffering with excruciating knee pain for the past few months, to the point I had to stop my daily runs. So I made an appointment at Optimum Joint. I was first seen by Dr. Striano who was very informative by scanning my knee joint under a ultrasound machine and informing me where all the abnormalities were in my knee joint, that was causing my knee pain. Then I met with Dr. Bilbool, who did the injections with Dr. Striano and they ended up taking out a lot of fluid from my knee joint and I had immediate pain relief after the injections. Both doctors were very pleasant and made me feel comfortable and confident with the treatment. I would highly recommend them!

I came to optimum joint to get treated for both my knees and my lower back pain. I drove a little more than 3 1/2 hours to get lipogems. The procedure took a little over 3 hours but everything was done in that same visit. My pain has been bad for this past year & I have heard only good things about the lipogems i hope for the best.

dr bilbool and her staff have changed my life. i was suffering and miserable with no real answers from my orthopedist. after several quick sessions with optimum, i am a new person, able to do all of the things that matter to me - biking, walking, standing, working etc etc. i can even bound up and down steps. thank you dr bilbool and everyone involved in my treatment, you are just the best, and i recommend your clinic to everyone i know.

Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had injections in my knees and shoulder to try to regrow the cushioning. The needles did not tickle, but hopefully they will be worth it. The staff was very responsive to any issues I had.
