Review of Dr. Norman Clark
My appointment with Dr. Clark was for a colonoscopy. Firstly all the staff at the facility were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. Dr. Clark was friendly, gave a clear explanation of the whole procedure and asked if I had any questions, which I didn't have. After the procedure Dr. Clark fully explained the results of the procedure and again asked if I had any questions. In my opinion I believe Dr. Clark was excellent.

Beginning work with Dr. Clark, rating may change
Dr. Clark recently performed an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy. Procedures went well. Pre/Post Operative bedside manner was pretty stiff. With my long term esophagus problem (EoE and Stricture), he is taking a new approach that the EoE may be allergy related to allergies which it turns out i am allergic to animals and environment. We will see how things proceeed.

unconcerned and uncaring
My appointment with Dr. Clark lasted 10 minutes. He did not want to look at my past health reports I had brought and he was very short and rude. Then I was charged $165.. It was a very bad experience which has left me at a loss for who to go to next.

Totally misdiagnosed my problem. I later asked him about this and he wouldn't even acknowledge my concerns. He was trained by some of the physicians that treated me at Baptist and they asked him to see me and I was very shocked at how little interest he showed especially since it was his mentors that requested he evaluate me. He may have had a bad day - however I would have had more respect for him had he at least given me the courtesy of a response to my concerns of his misdiagnosis.
