Dr. Hetzler is clearly knowledgeable and skilled and passionate about his work. His care for his patient is manifest in the way he explains complex issues in comprehensible ways, answers questions directly, and respects his patient’s choices. He has a great sense of humor and a warmth that left me feeling relaxed and confident that I was in the right hands. The surgery went beautifully. I sailed through recovery. No complications, but I was confident in Dr. Hetzler’s availability had I run into post-op problems, He’s the best.

Dr Hetzler is a nice person with a good personality. I would have like a better explanation of the actual procedure and the condition of other areas. I am still not sure how many areas were by passed and I am still not sure what my cath results showed about the other areas of my heart. I will say I feel I had a good doctor that looked after my well being.

Great. The whole staff was wonderful. The time and care given by Dr.Hetzler was comforting. He explained everything to me and his smile and personality made me feel calm.

This Office and every one there are very special to me I would recommend that if you have a choice (or not as I did not) and someone from that office walks in please stop and think about how pleasant this office staff, surgeon and especially my favorites PA and Nurse are. They treat you as family and make you feel special they take time out to make you feel like you are special and one of them. They take really good care of you and you will feel loved once you leave. Think about these people

Knowledgeable, caring/empathetic, straight-shooter. What a delightful surgeon, definitely not your typical heart-surgeon. He loves the LORD too!!
