Lisa the girl at the front desk is horrible at her job incompetent at best how she still works there is beyond me. She can't even fill out proper paperwork. Forget about getting your prescription filled if you call it in she won't answer the phone. I sat there one morning first patient that phone rang and rang and rang and rang why they sat in a back chatting until Dr. V walks in then it's Hussle time Dr wafa is horrible also. I'm still waiting over 50 days for my prescription to be called into my Pharmacy. Probably Lisa not telling the doctor. I'm there every month.Complain to Lisa you get even worse care worse service from her.She needs to be fired immediately before that whole place gets sued due to her incompetency.You find yourself you have to use this place make sure you double check everything if she orders blood work or she orders x-rays CAT scans ultrasounds check everything 2 times. They're incompetent staff!!!!!

While in the hospital, I did not have a choice in doctors. She came twice, explained nothing to me, wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, and then had the audacity to send me an insane bill saying she had seen me each day of a 5 day stay. Do not ever go to a Beaumont-Oakwood facility, especially in Wayne (formerly Annapolis Hospital). They will do anything to prevent discharging you!
