Dr. Noshin Najafi, MD

I went to see her at Gwinnett Kaiser Permanente on 11/28/2022. My appointment was at 4:20 P.M, but she was late and showed up at 5:00 P.M. When she came in she did not greet and explain why she was late to me. During the diagnostic she did not wash her hands and wear gloves, and she touched my face and my eyes with her bare hands. Who know what she did with her hand before she came in the room to see me. Next she just told me that she would give me some ointment for my eyes without explain what was the problem with my eyes. I had to ask her about my condition. Next, before I left the room she did not give me the "After Visit Summary" printout. Today when I checked online and still did not see the After Visit Summary posted. Last but not least, the pockets on her white lab coat was dirty with black stains. Yesterday was the first time that I saw a doctor that could be such unsanitized and unprofessional. I will avoid her at all cost next time.
