She listens!
I've seen Dr Louis several times now. A friend highly recommended her and I concurr! She listens to your concerns and acts on them. Yes she follows national guidelines which is important. She is very thorough and has been wonderful each visit. I find her a valuable asset to Shands and also highly recommend her.

Terrible doctor
She has no ability to think outside the box. Her knowledge is flawed. She said that if you have TIA symptoms, even if it doesn’t show up on an MRI that means you have had a TIA, which is incorrect. I originally scheduled the appointment for a physical. However, in the meantime, I was scheduled for surgery so I needed clearance for surgery. She would not combine the appointment to do both. Since my surgery was coming up within a month. I asked to go ahead and do the clearance for surgery. I will not use her in the future as my internal medicine doctor.
