Horrible experience. No follow up. Unnecessary testing. Wish I could rate lower.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Shafi, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff greeted me with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen.Dr. Shafi was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing through the appointment. Her compassionate and professional demeanor made me feel at ease. She thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I understood everything clearly.Throughout the consultation, I felt genuinely cared for and respected. Dr. Shafi's expertise and dedication to patient care truly stood out. I left the clinic feeling reassured and confident in the treatment plan she provided.I highly recommend Dr. Shafi to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring physician. The entire experience was exceptional, and I am grateful for the outstanding care I received.

Dr. Shafi is a caring physician. She gets to the root of problems efficiently and makes decisive recommendations. I highly recommend.

Dr. Shafi is very attentive and kind. She really has a heart to see her patients do well. I would recommend her to anyone as my whole family sees her.

She shows little to no concern. You have to run them down to get any kind of follow up about tests results or referrals. Basically she just gives out referrals. If it's not a common cold it's out of her expertise. This was a waste of time and benefits. Do not go to this woman.

Dr. Shafi is very professional. Despite what anyone has said I would advise you to see her for yourself. She is very kind and she provide excellent care for me. She genuinely care to find out what the problem is and if she cant help you she will refer you to the best doctor. I am greatly appreciative of her many blessing especially when dealing with me. The staff is wonderful especially Brittany. She is very professional but she also brings character to the hospital. The hospital is very quiet. Brittany makes it very easy to speak about anything. She listen attentively, it feels very comfortable to speak to someone that you can relate to. Dr. Shafi and Brittany are not just apart of the hospital they become family. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars because they deserve more. I would refer all people to check her out!

Terrible and unprofessional! She has poor bedside manners and showed no concern for my condition. She told me I was taking up too much of her time and she did not know the answers to my questions. She also discussed my health information with office staff, which is a HIPPA violation. She’s insensitive and lazy. Worst doctor ever!

I was a patient of Dr.Shafi for over 3 plus years and she has proven to me , she is a very bad doctor to be visiting, One experience with her was she was supposed to change my blood pressure medicine and never did, almost cause me to have a stroke , I went to Dr Shafi office at 11:00am and she wanted me to come back at 2:45 so she could pick her kid up from daycare, went to the Er 102/112 .Had all Norma paps, and great blood work now I got stage4 cervical cancer.I stop going, never will.

I really like Dr. Shafi. After not going to a doctor for a very long time, I was extremely anxious and feared the worst. Her and her staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and set my fears at ease. She seems very proactive in getting things done and taking care of her patient's needs. There's really nothing negative to say about my experience.

DR SHAFI WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY MOM WANTS AND NEEDS. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING THE RIGHT TREATMENT FOR MY MOTHER. I WOULD ECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY AND COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR WITH LOTS OF EXPERIENCE.
