The Finest, Most Attentive and Thorough Physician
Dr. Green is an excellent listener to his patients and that is inestimably important, to people. Dr. Green is thorough and patient and he seeks to actively engage with his patients on several levels. THAT is a rarity among physicians, these days. It is also an important fact that Dr. Green's staff are ALL just as helpful, thoughtful and simply wonderful people. We're lucky to have ALL OF THEM and Baystate is, too!

Pleasantly surprised. Not the typical slam bang doc, Dr. Green spent time to explain my disease, help me plan to manage it, and give me encouragement. I'm a new patient and glad I chose him.

I happened to read a review from a sailormoon 4545 on the web. I could not believe what he wrote. What he wrote was so wrong. I find the staff so nice and friendly. I love them. Dr. Green is one of my favorite doctors. He is smart and kind and just a wonderful person. He is always happy and smiling. His kindness shines. He is also a very very good doctor. He knows what he is doing and more. I would recommend him to everyone. I love them all

Making time for his patients is less than I desire for such an important health care concern of mine.

Great expertise, bedside manner, confidence and knowledge. I am not convinced he even knows of the situation that happened with his staff. I can only assume he was given my request. Having already compromised lungs/breathing, I needed some extra care as I was having trouble breathing from what I thought was a cold. Turns out I had to go elsewhere (to an ER) to get some help. His office manager, S was so rude, unconcerned and downright careless with my health concerns. NOT the office for me.
