Dr. Octavio Carreno, MD

Appointment scheduled for 9:10am. Didn’t get seen until 11:30am staff very rude and non-apologetic. Multiple patients with similar issue. It is also June and they still have their dust covered Christmas decor up.

Dr. Carreno is a very thorough and caring physician. He is knowledgeable and explains your condition and what you can expect. You feel he cares and want's to help you feel better. When he is in consultation with you he gives you his undivided attention The wait time is well worth it. He recently performed surgery on me, God bless his hands, I can breath right again. I'm amazed how well i felt after the surgery. Be assured your in capable hands. Thank you so much Dr Carreno

Excellent doctor! The wait is often long but worth it. Dr Carreño is thorough and explains my medical conditions well.

He is the only Dr. who healed the ears of my daughter who had her ears sick for more than 15 years so thanks to God and Dr. Carreño She is ok

I highly recommend Dr. Carreno to family and friend s anytime. .He is highly knowledgeable not only in his field but other fields of medicine. Explains everything regarding the treatment and outcome thoroughly. i presume that is why he gets behind in his schedule because he is very thorough. He does not rush. I trust every decision he makes, listens and answers questions with ease. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The office is very clean and comfortable. I did not have to wait long

I understand taking your time with each patient is good, however, when your appointment is at 2:45PM & your sitting outside & its 4:34PM is ridiculous. Your staff should also let your patients know that you are running extremely late.

Terrible bedside manner.The gentlemen never answered any of my questions and seemed annoyed to be there.I understand that the medical field is an extremely challenging profession, but one would expect some knowledge of prescribing medication-he had doubts; which is human.But what is truly disheartening is the fact that he was not concerned about wether he was right or wrong.I will not be going back, and neither will my numerous fellow co-workers.His staff at lead tries.

I would highly recommend Dr. Carreno. Today was the first time I went to see him. The wait time was quick and easy. The Doctor was very professional, courteous and made me feel comfortable. The nurse was super nice and friendly. When doctor Carreno came to see me he took his time with my medical issue and resolved it very quickly, I feel SO relieved now. A BIG Thank you, Doctor!!
