Bad experience
The patient visit itself was average but I spent months battling their billing team about issues and was completely ghosted by the doctor. She never once responded to any of my messages and provided no support in the least.

Not Attentive, quite rushed
I had my routine physical where Dr. Bose was not attentive and did not look closely when I pointed out areas of concern. The appointment was so rushed. Also, Dr. Bose is VERY slow to respond on MyChart.

DO NOT GO if you take any prescriptions!
I've been seeing Dr. Bose for about a year and there are issues every single time I try to pick up prescription refills, and there is allegedly no direct line to reach her office in the HealthQuarters building. The HealthQuarters phone operators will tell you to reach out in the patient portal, but it once took over a month for her to respond to a message about medication in there. I have experience withdrawal symptoms on 3 different occasions now because it is so impossible to get a refill from her (even though in the office she tells you that she'll give you enough for the year)
