Dr. Olga Joukovski, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Joukovski for a few years. The way she runs her office is ridiculous. I don't blame her staff. She comes in only once a week and noone ever returns calls. I have been waiting almost 2 months to get a call back for my prescription. They don't answer phones and if you are lucky to get someone to answer the phone all they can say is we will call back but never do. It's a ridiculous cycle. My group of friends have all left her office but I tried to keep her but I just can't anymore. We need a Dr that we can rely on.

I love Dra. Olga she listened and understood all my health issues I will choose her always to be my primary Dra.

Takes time to listen and provides both mainstream and alternative way to care for my medical problems. highly recommend.

I have diabetes and heart issues. Recently I've been fatigued and not able to hike or ride my bike. Was treated for bronchitis, allergies, and my high blood sugar. I'm back to hiking over 2 miles and I'm able to ride my bike again.

Doc is great however front desk not so good. Nobody answers. Nobody returns messages in the portal. I’m almost out of meds and nobody will call me back

The doctor is professional, competent and capable; giving good advice. However, I will be firing her and seeking a different physician based solely on experience with the front office. Phone contact is almost impossible, as the phone is rarely answered. When it is, one is placed on hold for very long intervals of time with no check back. Today, a worker disconnected after a long hold; this happened during two separate attempts to make contact. When in office, the front desk is left unattended for long periods of time. When staff are present, they are so busy with their work, that they almost completely ignore the presence of patients standing at the desk. The online portal needs cleaning up - it is not user friendly at all. One is directed to contact the physical office for any changes that must be made. An error made while setting up the profile resulted in being locked out from seeing the doctor's online notes after a recent visit. No mechanism could be found for editing.

I was very impressed with the services provided by Dr. Joukovski and her staff, especially with the current situation on Covid! They are the only ones I know of that provide “ curbside services “ in w/c they set an earlier time slot to attend to patients with symptoms and/or wanted to be checked for Covid, in their vehicles at the curbside! After checking-in by phone, a couple of staff came to check the vital signs of patients while sitting in their cars, and another one with a cart of equipments did the swabs for Strep, Flu and Covid as a routine, and not just for Covid alone! Patients were then instructed to park in the parking lot with their hazard lights on, and after a few mins, the doctor/provider called with the results and discussed treatment/further management! You are then seen by the doctor/provider, in-person, while in your car parked out in the parking lot and given further examination/check-up! Amazing! The convenience and the extra efforts and lengths they took!??

Office staff is extremely rude and incompetent, I would never recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate or respectful care.

I like Dr. Joukovski, but like others, I will not be returning because of the office staff. I was told by two different people I would pay a certain price for a visit. I paid that price upfront and then two months later I get an additional bill. I called the office immediately and left messages with the front office staff and on the patient portal asking to speak to the office manager. It's been another two months and the office manager still has not called me back. You can't trust the office to tell you correct information and when you try to ask about it, the office manager won't call you back.

The office staff are rude and haven't manners. Especially Ms. Penny. She isn't medical professional and she gave me instructions that I can't continues with the bioTe program. Now my health has side effect after she interrupt the treatment. And they canceled the schedule appt did in advance. Regards,

I like Dr. Joukovski and am very satisfied with her care. However, both my husband and I are now looking for another physician. Her office staff is rude and incompetent. The final straw is, after Humana announced their policy of not requiring co-pays due to Covid-19. They refuse to honor this even after we offered the documentation from Humana. They insisted that this only valid with a Covid-19 diagnosis. My husband walked out of his appointment this morning because they would not allow him to see the doctor without the co-pay. We have tried to talk to the Practice Manager on several occasions and she is never in the office.

I selected Dr Joukovski because she is a physician who is familiar with protocols in which I was interested. I found Dr. Joukovski to be a warm and compassionate physician who was willing to take the time needed to discuss health concerns and issues with me. Her staff was kind and efficient. I hope she opens a second office closer to where I live but if not, it is worth the drive to have her as my physician.

Just saw dr Joukovski 2/20/2020 this women is amazing compassionate and has the best bed side manner really cares about people your not just a paycheck or file I’m so grateful I choose this doctor highly recommend!!!!!5 stars

I went to Dr. Joukovski seeking a doctor that could manage a chronic illness. She did not have any experience with my condition but wanted me to return to her for a physical. When I did not return her office harassed me calling me over and over setting appointments I did not make eventually charging me for services that I never received.

My experince with Dr. J was excellent. After calling to schedule an appointment I was offered few options for when to come in and to see either the doctor or the nurse practitioner (who is also a fabulous provider). My waiting time was no more than 10 min, and what was surprising, was that the doctor actually spent 30 min with me. She reviewed all my labs, we discussed preventative care. Dr. J is knowledgeble, professional, and very caring. Will definately recommend this doctor to my family.

Had great experience with the office staff, doctor and a new nurse practitioner Glenda. MAs are very helpful, doctor and nurse practitioner are thorough, attentive, with excellent bedside manners, both spend a lot of time with patients ( wait might be longer because of that but it's either rushed 5 min visit or quality time with providers with a little longer wait !) Helped me tremendously with weight loss, recommend without reservations!!!

Wonderful doctor, I do not ever feel rushed. She takes her time listening to my concerns and explains everything to me. Sometimes my wait in office to see her is longer than I like. Would recommend to anyone that needs a doctor.

Staff does not know what they are doing and the manager is mean her professionalism rates a big fat zero!!! Doctor and staff think you have all day to wait for them to ready to see you. No consideration for my time

The absolute worst experience. Dr. said my heart rate being in the 30's and 40's, pasding out, feeling exhaustion daily was fine. It will pass. Found excellent cardiologist and cardio surgeon on my own and needed pacemaker asap. Good job Joukovski. Staff is dumber than a bag of hammers. Completely unqualified.
