I was scheduled for a colonoscopy yesterday. Dr Cass entered my room to inform me of the procedure and appeared to be in a hurry and when asked about information from my past history he said “it’s in my chart”. Well... the computer was right there and I don’t have access to hospital computers. After the procedure he again entered my room gave a 30 second synopsis and told me he has another patient and walked out. I don’t mind busy competent doctors but I ended up in the ER last night with a complication from my procedure. It started with Excruciating pain and vomiting. 6 hrs later I was given antibiotics and told to come back if my condition does not improve. Unfortunately I’ve had many colonoscopies and Dr Cass was the worst!

Dr. Cass was kind, thorough and calming. He even prepared for me without knowing me that I would need a certain kind of endoscope. Very pleased.

Smartest Doctor I have ever been to. Very caring. He is not warm and fussy, but he is the best!!!!!!!!!

One of the worst dr appoinments I have ever had. After being in the hospital, it took 2 1/2 months to get in. Without even asking me how I had been doing , he told me that I didn't have was I was treated for. He was arrogant , rude , and belittling. Very bad bedside manner, he was intimidating and disrespectful. He made me feel like I was wasting his time by being there, and telling me that insurance would most likely not cover my procedure. i left crying and felt he was making fun of me.
