Office does not answer the phone or return calls. Twice I have had scheduled appointments only to be told I am not on their schedule resulting in me being many months behind and facing possible health issues that could have been caught sooner. The doctor has also failed to follow up with my pharmacy for a prescription that I have now been waiting on for a week. Not to mention the fact that my provider left and I was not informed. Very frustrating!!!

I found Dr. O to be very thorough and knowledgeable. While it was clear she was busy, she took time to get to know and answer my questions. I am pleased to have found her.

Now at Capitol Women’s Care in Salisbury, MD I have had a terrible experience with Dr. O. Delay in care including time sensitive procedures and medication because she forgets to send in orders. Procedures done incorrectly because the order form she sent to the place doing the procedure was wrong/to vague to get what was needed. She lacks empathy or emotion needed to be in this field. I tell everyone I know not to go to her and switched GYN’s roughly 3 months ago.
