Not attentive to patients and always rushed.
He rushes patients thru the revolving door. The staff is not friendly, and everyone seems to always rush patients in and out quickly. There is no individual attention. Medications are dispensed but there is never any follow-up with the patients to make sure the medications are properly received, and or if there are any concerns or questions. The staff doesn't care, or they are not competent to assist patients with questions. And the billing department is awful with their record keepings. They are always charging for things that cause confusion with the insurance company, and it is up to the patients to revolve the discrepancies. Doctors should care for the patients, and I don't see the care from this doctor nor his staff.

Inaccurate diagnostic testing
Inexperienced office staff resulting in inaccurate diagnostic testing. Provider did not address inaccuracies. Clinic visit record missed key eye findings identified by other opthamologist

A wonderful doctor who has done everything within his power to help me with my ongoing vision problems. He is polite, knowledgeable, and patient. His staff has always been welcoming and efficient. If you have any issues with eye pressure and are looking for a specialist, look no further...you have found what you are looking for. As with all doctors, I recommend that you be polite and patient. Petty complaints don't make the world a better place.
