From my admission to OHSU trauma unit through surgery and aftercare I was extremely impressed by Dr. Nazirs treatment. Begining with surgery and treatment for the violent amputation of my left middle finger. He explained the surgical repair so that I understood exactly what was done, and exactly how my healing would proceed. He was Very helpful in controlling my pain during the healing process and answered any questions I had about what to expect as far as what to expect after the healing process. Everything he told me has been 100% accurate!!!! Would definitely recommend his care to anyone. Thank you Dr. Nazir!

Dr. Nazir is excellent. I broke my patella in a traumatic accident and he was able to repair it in emergency surgery. He is so kind and empathetic, and took time to not only address my concerns but the concerns of my family members as well. I have a second surgery with him coming up for my knee and it was a pleasure to see him again.

I would not recommend him. He was quick to suggest surgery, and I made the mistake of trusting him as I have had good results with OHSU's cardiology dept. . Over 6 months after surgery, I still have limited use of hand and in particular, fingers to do motor skills such as typing.

My husband amputated his thumb and severely injured his pointer finger in an industrial accident at work. Dr. Nazir spent almost seven hours in surgery to reattach when most surgeons would not even try. He has gone above and beyond visiting my husband almost everyday of his nine day hospital admission. He has answered our questions and has shown my husband and family respect and empathy. I would highly recommend Dr. Nazir. He is one of the best surgeons in Oregon.

Dr. Omar Nazir acted like I was wasting his time. He didn't listen to my concerns. He shrugged off other doctor's diagnosis and would not read the reports that the other physicians sent with me to my appointment. I would not recommend him to anyone.

This was the worst Dr ! I would not recommend if he were the last Dr here . He has no empathy, did not affirm my concerns period. He had his mind made up before he listened to why I was there. Terrible Dr. !!!

Poor, poor diagnotician. Does not answer direct questions. If you want to waste your time and money but gain stress and sleepless nights, go with Dr. Nazir.
