Listens to you. Very considerate. Explained everything in detail that I could understand. Staff was nice. My son seen Dr and said the same thing. So I will always go to Dr Shabaz.

Front desk staff was professional & helpful. I was seen at appointment time. Nurse was thorough & professional. It was my first time seeing Dr Shabaz as my prior Dr has retired from this office, he was thorough, asking relevant questions, listened and answered all my questions. The scheduling lady was very thorough in explaining what my prep would be for my procedure and where & the date it would be conducted. Within an hour of returning home I received an email giving me the scheduled time of procedure. This is my 5 visit with this office and I continue to be impressed with everyone. I would highly recommend!

First visit with this Gastroenterologist. Had my visit and he suggested endoscopy and colonoscopy which I’ve had before. He found quite a few things I need to deal with I had no idea of the severity before. I’m looking forward to my follow up to hear his suggestions which will be lifestyle changes at the very least.

Appointment made 6 weeks prior for urgent painful condition. Requested to be on cancellation list, no luck. Upon arrival was informed the “system” had not put my appointment on the books, which had happened before, but I would be the next patient seen. I waited in exam room for over an hour; meanwhile doc was seeing other patients that came in after me. The staff then said all the others had earlier appointments, but the waiting room had been empty so doubt that. Doctor was nice but brief, saying they would send a referral to another doctor at medical center that afternoon. Spent the next week calling Tracy to see why it wasn’t sent. She ignored 3 messages. A week later she loudly informed me she was waiting for approval from my insurance (unnecessary as I have a PPO) for a procedure the other doc may or may not decide I need. She argued with me about it and hung up on me. Realize glitches happen but rudeness and unnecessary delay not acceptable.

He is an amazing Doctor! Listens to you, and answers in layman's terms. HIGHLY recommend him!

I have seen 5-6 GI doctors in the past 15 years and Dr. Shahbaz is by far the absolute best physician I have dealt with. He is very personable but maintains a true air of professionalism. He takes the time to explain your medical issues and concerns. Answers questions thoroughly. It was amazing that he explanations were so thorough it left few questions. Do not let this physician go anywhere. He is rare in the medical profession.

This is my first visit with Dr. Shahbaz. He was very attentive and cordial. I really felt like he answered all of my questions and I feel that I am in good hands I am so glad I was sent to him. His assistant was wonderful as well.

Came in nervous as i always do to every Dr. appointment and he quickly made me feel comfortable and at ease.

The office and waiting area are very clean. The nurses are friendly and knowledgeable; they also take their time to answer all of your questions. Doctor Shahbaz is very informative, detailed, and friendly. He explains what he is going to do and is knowledgeable in possible conditions.
