Waited months to see the doctor and then for the follow-up was told I needed to wait 4 months for an appointment. Tried to have his PA see me which is not proper in my mind. Not worth the wait. Go see someone else.

Dr. Alex Lesani is the best urologist you can get if you live in Las Vegas and surrounding area. The only doctor with the fellowship and thousands of surgeries done. My experience was that I looked for a surgeon with at least few hundreds prostatectomies a year. He is very skilled, very cooperative, before and after the surgery. I can't have enough words to described my experience with doctor Lesani. He is your best bet if you will need an urologist. He takes time to explain you everything you need to know about the disease and the procedure you must have. Very professional. Also, his staff is very attentive, and I want to mention here Mrs. Zsuzsanna Hood the surgery scheduler, she is very responsive to all your questions right away. Thank you Dr. Lesani, thank you a million times for saving my life! Five stars for Dr. Alex Omid Lesani and all his staff!

He removed my kidney using the DaVinci operating suite. The recovery period was the shortest of any operation I ever had. After that he has treated me with the Rezum method. It was also very successful and worth the time of wearing a catheter for a week! I recommend him highly. He is a true professional.

Another visit another amazing experience. I understand that sometimes I may take a little longer than usual to schedule an appointment but this is what happened if you want to be seen buy one of the best on the planet ! Mr. Alex Lesani is my best choice and he should be yours too . As the technology advances , you want him since he got no close competition.

I had nothing but issues dealing with Dr. Lesani. Scheduling my original appointment took multiple phone calls....they are not very organized. I finally made it in for a consultation weeks later, but never actually met Dr. Lesani. I only dealt with his nurse....and the consultation was a waste of time that cost me $200. He is so busy that my procedure was scheduled for 5 weeks out. Then, two days before my procedure, they called to reschedule and pushed it out another month. Meanwhile, I called to get the results of my blood work. As usual, it took multiple calls for anyone to provide me with any useful information. To this day, I do not even know if Dr. Lesani is an actual person.

Honestly, I believe this "physician" if you can call him that, deserves to be disbarred. In my opinion, he has no empathy or compassion for patients and it appears that he actually enjoys to see other people suffer. I would urge anyone reading this vignette to find a different urologist, you may thank me later!

Dr. Lesani and his staff are very professional and straight forward! Came in for consultation and had an apt for the procedure wi a few weeks. Procedure took all of ~20min w little to no discomfort/pain. My recovery has been relatively painless and only required icing for 20 min on/off for the first 3 hours (after the procedure) and rest. No pain meds! Very pleased w my experience!

You should only go see this MD if you want to be made fun of and belittled. He has no bedside manner and is the rudest MD I have ever met.

Dr. Lesani is a great Urologist! I've been having issues with large kidney stone but he has used Lithotripsy to break them up so I can pass them.

Dr. Lesani did surgery on me& he was great. Am an RN & I heartily recommend him. He treats u with respect & is a superb practioner

We are becoming increasingly irritated, frustrated and angry because the office does not return our phone calls. My husband has been out of his Rx for two weeks, we have called the office five times, and we have yet to hear back. We would recommend going elsewhere.

Dr Lesani did lazer surgery on my prostate 4 years ago, It was a unexpected pleasant experience which was not painful and had little discomfort. I was out eat diner within 4 hours of the surgery. I fell like a young stud and highly recommend Dr Lisani for prostate problems.

Fear Not . . . you are in good hands with Dr. Lesani. Husband was diagnosed with Stage III Prostate Cancer (T3b). Met with Dr. L to better understand the surgery. He was very patient w/us and answered our many questions. We were impressed with his confidence and professionalism. The robotic assisted surgery was awesome ... there was little to no pain post/op. Dr. L. is exceptionally skilled on this technique. His surgical team was top notch as is his office staff. Thank you Dr. Lesani.

There are just no words that can express the eternal gratitude I will always have for Dr. Lesani....his partner Dr. Gorbachinski...and their staff. I do believe that Dr. Lesani has been blessed with something that is beyond synthetic medical knowledge...and may well border on the miraculous. He obtained my trust after I was diagnosed with genetic prostate cancer at 56 ...and he and Dr. Gorbachinski helped me decide on robotic surgery to remove my prostate. After having a horrible experience with another urologist, we were very pleased with Dr. Lesani and his staff. He is soft spoken and a man of few words, but he answers questions respectfully and follows-up after procedures. I would recommend him to anyone having a prostate issue. His nurse, is also very kind and good at her work.

I was recommended to Dr. Lesani. He told me what I needed and how he planned to do it. He performed the operation as planned and removed a benign mass on my kidney and a kidney stone. The operation was successful and I am well pleased.

Went to Dr.Lesani due to painful urination. Dr. Lesani diagnosed and treated next week.
