Dr. Baxi is caring, down to earth, talented surgeon. He is prompt to appointments. He completely explains the procedure and makes sure he answers all questions. Dr. Baxi and his staff makes sure you are completely comfortable during surgery. I felt as though I was spending time with friends instead of having surgery. I couldn't feel my fingers for months and within an hour after surgery I had feeling back. Even after surgery Dr. Baxi was prompt to answer emails. My only regret is that I only have 2 hands.

Professional, clear explanation and great outcome.
Surgery went very well; December 2020, Carpal Tunnel; arthroscopic performed. No pain, healed in one week.

3 minute visit
Only reason this review receives two stars is because the appointment was prompt & the office was clean. Unfortunately Dr Baxi was a bit dismissive during my visit lacking good bedside manner. Furthermore, he created a symptom I never mentioned and I needed to correct him twice. It felt as if he didn’t not want to provide proper care because it was taking up too much of his time.
