I think Dr Kanu is very good, she doesn't probe too much into issues. Which works for me but I could see it being interpreted as less than thorough. I just got a general question about how I was feeling instead of looking into issues in the past or making sure I am able to get prescriptions without trouble.

I mentioned that I had previously had a nodule on my thyroid about 10 yrs ago, and it hadn't been checked since then. Dr. Kanu set me up to have a thyroid ultrasound which was completed within 10 days of the Primary Care visit, and within 24 hours of the ultrasound, I had the results and a note from Dr. Kanu.

I was surprised that the physician did not bother to do a physical examination. Also, the physician asked me only one question. I felt that the experience was the opposite of thorough.
