Dr. Oral Alpan, MD

Dr. Alpan has been amazing. Never felt rushed, and thought he was an active listener. I brought in a bag of various medications for my allergies and asthma from a number of other 'specialists,' and told him he was my last hope. I had a chronic cough for close to two years. Within 30 days, the cough was reduced to 80%, and by 2nd month's injection, cough was reduced to 95%. Third month, almost completely cleared up. He called, texted me to follow up till I ended up kidding him was he a real doctor. Based on my previous experience, this follow-up care is extremely out of the norm. I am a grateful patient.

Dr. Alpan is amazing. His knowledge and expertise are evident in every aspect of his practice. He is a brilliant physician but also a kind-hearted doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. It's rare to find a doctor who not only diagnoses and treats medical conditions but also takes the time to connect with you, ensuring that you feel heard. One thing that stood out to me was Dr. Alpan's willingness to go above and beyond for his patients. He made sure that I received the best possible care. He took the time to thoroughly discuss my health concerns, answered questions patiently, and made sure I get the right answer for my condition. The office is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are professional and friendly, making the overall experience pleasant. I consider myself lucky to have found Dr. Alpan. He is a shining example of what a healthcare provider should be – knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated. My experience under his care was truly outstanding.

Dr. Alpan is absolutely incredible. He has gone above and beyond to help my son. He is always available to talk with us. His staff (Rosy) has been so helpful and communicative. He is kind, listens and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Not impressed. During the second visit he said it would be better/more convenient for me to go somewhere else for shots. Can a doctor do that? The office still appears to be using paper files and when I went for my second appointment, he didn't have all of my paperwork. Because of this, he couldnt recall much about my medical history. Some of my blood tests came back as non testable due to poor quality, and he said it didn't matter, I didn't need the blood work. SO why draw 10 vials if he didn't want the test results anyway?

For the first appointment we had at the office, the doctor did not see us at all. The nurse took care of everything. She was also somewhat dismissive of possible causes of my sons rash. They drew his blood, told us to make an appointment in 2 weeks. In 2 weeks we ask them to tell us the results of the blood test over the phone, they said they wont. They made us come in for a 5 minute consult, so that they can bill the insurance $100. We waited longer in the waiting room, than to get the results.
