Dr. Orlando Cortes

From our first visit until now Dr. Cortes and his staff are wonderful. Always welcoming and with a smile. I never have problems calling and asking questions or feel like am being that worried parent. Dr. Cortes was very thorough with my daughters condition and did everything we needed. His nurse Mario as well is so wonderful and gets to know you and treats your child as if he has known them forever. Thank you all so much for your service.

I had my first visit with Dr. Cortes Yesterday and I really was surprised with the service I was given. This is the first office that has treated us with compassion and understanding! Dr. Cortes has amazing bedside manners and has been the answer to my prayers! Kim is the scheduler there and she was amazing! She explained the procedure to myself and my child and made my very emotional child laugh and helped my child understand everything was going to be okay. The staff at this office is AMAZING! Thank you Dr. Cortes and Kim! I will be recommending everyone I know to this office!

I would like to say thank you so much to Dr Cortes on seeing my son and giving me a piece of mind on my long list of questions. I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a pediatric gastroenterology this is the place you need to be. I loved the office, his staff, his nurse Mario very friendly, passionate, very knowledgeable, and connected with my child and made him feel safe with open arms and i can not thank you enough for taking the time to talking to him and reaching out to him. Dr Cortes is always there checking on my son even when he was admitted at North Central Baptist and still Dr Cortes continues to surprise me on him seeing us and Mario always double checking up on his on hows he doing. Dr. Cortes was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my child's condition and answer all of my cautious parent questions. He is the first Pedi GI I have seen that shows compassion and understanding. His staff was very friendly and kind from check in to scheduling a procedure. His scheduler Kim was super friendly and explained the procedure and prep in detail and even called to check up on my child after the procedure! This office has gone above and beyond for us and I am truly thankful!
