Dr. Orlin Sergev, MD

I’m leaving this review to save a life, I have a severe endocrine problem. I was born with it. I have had three years of consistent terrible blood panels. All I get is a laugh a chuckle and see you in six weeks, I have been in the ER twice I have to physically bring the paperwork to them. They will not use their portal and they will not send you your panels in your portal, which are vital for a patient like myself. The rooms are hot small And dirty, the wait time is 45 minutes to an hour always but this proves the In-N-Out carousel of his weight loss patients as opposed to the true sick people. Now let’s add his nurse Melissa, she is rude, she is arrogant and she is uneducated. She’s pulling this practice down. The only good thing going on in that building is the beautiful blue eyed intake, girl and the very sweet redheaded check out, girl I thank them both. Please go elsewhere.

Staff was pleasant. Office appears to be running some type of diabetes clinic... if you think you might have any other issues this office is a waste of time and money.

My Appointment with Dr. Sergev today was good He let me know my labs showed medicine prescribed was working also staff was very courteous, friendly and efficient. Did not have to wait long in the waiting room.

Very knowledgeable with good patient relations

Had to wait 20 minutes because he was spending time with patients, did not rush us Prefer to wait a few minutes, and not be rushed or feel like we are time constrained. Not sure why any negative comments, staff was friendly, attentive to our visit.

Be very careful of this Dr. I had cancer the whole time I saw him, finally I got a second opinion and was in surgery immediately to remove what Dr. Sergev ignored. He told me it was normal to have lymph nodes and when the matastsizedhe also said that was normal.!!!!! It’s Not he is very flip about anything serious, I complained and complained but he ignored all my symptoms and my complaints. I have video proof of his incompetence. Save yourself get a second opinion or go to a MUSC....

Quite knowledgeable and a great MD. Very friendly and able to explain things without needing a Thesaurus :) Was able to quickly diagnose me after I wasted months seeing other doctors. His staff and receptionists are very knowledgeable and so very friendly that I almost look forward to having an appointment!

This office will not return calls. The staff is rude and most of all unhelpful. I called this office more than 5 times leaving messages every time and to this day have still not heard back.

Staff is very friendly and the medical assistants are AMAZING! They have been the most helpful people that I have ever worked with. They make the experience amazing.

Wonderful Doctor, was able to diagnose me when other specialists could not. Dramatically changed my health!
