Very knowledgeable and skilled.
His direct involvement and communication were timely and effective, not the nicest bedside manner but he kept it 100% with me about my surgery and recovery even though it was not what I was ready to hear and that is most times hard to except when it’s serious health issues.

Positive and very caring
Dr. Case listened to my concerns and let me know what to expect. He showed me my CT scan on the computer which I have never seen. He was up beat and positive which means a lot when you are in the hospital. He really seems to care about his patients.

Alpharetta
Definitely one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever had. Immensely inappropriate comments about my emotional wellbeing before and after having major surgery, dismissive about concerns about the healing process.. Right out of the gate he was very abrupt and uncaring and nearly sent me home from the hospital rather than operate. Getting follow-up care was nearly impossible and I had to go to the ER again for issues that he constantly wrote off as “nothing of note.” ZERO bedside manner! Expect to wait in his office for AT LEAST an hour over your scheduled appointment if you’re there for follow-up care that he will only take five minutes to address.

Dr. Case was by far the rudest doctor I’ve ever met. He operated on me at 8 am and didn’t check on me one time. I was supposed to be discharged, however he left without ever even seeing me or checking on his incisions he made on me. Do not use this doctor... I wouldn’t use him if he was the last doctor on the damn planet.

Dr Case repaired my recurring hernia. Not really an issue with the repair, although I now have strange bulges on my stomach that will not go away.. His staff is the worst.-rude and unorganized. There was never a discussion that they would charge me personally over $4000 for his fees on top of the fees paid to him from the insurance company ($1500). The first time my hernia was repaired, the cost was $1700 total. There has not been any response to my attempts to negotiate this bill.
