Inconsiderate staff and policies
As a medical professional Dr. Corral is good. The staff and especially the front office is deplorable and inconsiderate. I took my mother, 94 years old, wheelchair bound and blind. The wait time is always over an hour. If you are 15 minutes late for what ever reason, yet they will ask you why you are late, you are treated as a walk-in. That means you may wait for 2-3 hours. I understand that the doctor doesn’t write the policies and that it was probably the office manager that at some point did. The doctor must have at some point signed off on it. It must be revisited and changed. The patient in front of me had the same issue and like her, we left also. This is unacceptable! We are seriously considering dropping Dr. Corral and looking for a kinder place to receive the healthcare that my mother needs.

Extremely poor patient scheduling.
My wife had a 10:30 appointment with Dr. Corral. Since most doctors prefer that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment, we arrived at 9:50 AM, 40 minutes early. We sat in his very crowded waiting area for two full hours. I asked his scheduler why we had not been called, as we saw many patients arrive after we did, and they were called. She said that he was 'running behind'. After two full hours of waiting, we left. I have no problems with Dr. Corral, but waiting for two hours is completely unnecessary, and unacceptable. Dr. Corral needs to better supervise his office staff to eliminate these long waiting periods.

Muy buen doctor que curó la úlcera de mi pie. Todos los otros doctores querían cortarme el pie. Aprecio al Dr. Corral y su personal.

Dr. Corral is a great fun doctor. I love how he told me my problem and when he saw I didn't understand he got some plastic foot model and showed me! I am feeling better thanks to him and his nurses.

Brought my son for flat foot surgery. Was told I would have to go to Corpus Christi or San Antonio because no one does flat foot surgery in the Valley. Brother in law told me about Dr. Corral and his surgery went very well. His staff is awesome. He was ON TIME! He operated on one foot at a time and my son can enjoy just being a kid without foot pain!
