Arrogant, dismissive, uncaring. I’ve never been treated so poorly when I really needed help. Truly abhorrent person. Every other person on this staff was the exact opposite—only reason I continued treatment. They were wonderful. Don’t know how they work with this man

Dr. Morales is a very kind and compassionate doctor. He answered all of my questions and was never condescending.. He stays very in-tune with what goes on during the TMS sessions - often stopping in to watch treatment.

Arrogant man, talking down to me as if I were stupid, not sick. Treatment well below a standard of care. Informed consent? Nope, didn't bother to get permission to change plan first described. Tried to change the history of treatment by contradicting witnessed facts. Ignored my questions. Was called away from meeting for "urgent" phoney tel. call, but fled to an empty room much later. Would not coordinate treatment with other doctors for best care. #LousyDoc
