Difficult to schedule an appointment for my 84 year old Mom. Have been calling for three weeks, leaving messages because it’s a recording. I have not yet received a returned call.

Unfortunately we did not have the excellent experience other patients rave about although we where looking forward to it - for over two months! My husband made appointment over two months ago (April 2021). During the month of May the secretary called and moved his appointment for June 2nd @4:00pm. He agreed. She just called him (June 1 at 5:30) and said his appointment tomorrow is now at 1:30 and he explained his appointment was scheduled for 4:00pm and for work related reasons he could not be at the office at 1:30pm - he did say with a prior notification he could have made the arrangements at work. Her reason was that the office doesn't operate at 4:00 and proceeded to cancel his appointment. If you call the office the recorded message clearly says the operating hours are from 8:00-5:00. She didn't give him the opportunity to coordinate a new appointment. Awful customer services. We have to start over.

I came to Dr Soto after years of pain, and increasing issues with fatigue, and breathing problems. After listening very carefully to my history , he went on a path with ME to solve the enigma, we did. 4 years later I am the healthiest and most painfree have ever been in my life. Thank You Dr. Soto and Staff.
