Worst ever
My husband was given an appointment to see Dr Padron after his release from the hospital. We had the referral in hand and the receptionist insisted we did not have an appointment. I handed her the referral from the hospital with the date and time. She wanted to know who sent us. Anyway she decided we could not be seen and that was that. Horrible office

His office operates on volume. He inserted electrodes into my sacral nerves to stimulate my bladder without first removing my greatly enlarged prostate. When I finally forced him to agree to remove it he scheduled the operation two weeks after the surgery for the electrodes. His assistant is no better. She inserted a catheter into me in one push without letting the numbing agent work. I bled quite a bit. Then, six days after my last surgery, after being told not to bend or twist, she wanted me to begin self-catheterization every 4 hours.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and contemptuous medical assistants. I was transferred to Dr. Padron when my previous physician moved. I never saw Dr. Padron; the Physician Assistant conducted a routine examination and ordered a refill of my previous medication. The medical assistants failed to submit the prior authorization, return phone calls regarding an insurance denial, and send me a new prescription so I could find a cheaper pharmacy. If you’re looking for a urologist you can do better.

I visited Dr. Padrón on May 15, 2018. Everything was very normal until I went into the Doctor’s examination room. The first thing I saw was the lack of cleanliness, obsolete medical equipment, very old in my opinion. As a new patient I asked the doctor a fundamental question, his answer was “that’s a lie, but if you want, we won’t do anything and let the cancer spread throughout your whole body.” First, no doctor has determined that I have cancer. Second, that’s extremely disrespectful and unpro

Does not care how you feel and does not spend time comforting patient even after patient was suffering in a pool of blood after his procedure which should not have resulted in so much blood loss. He did not even bother to call back when I immediately tried to contact him since I was still bleeding after going home.

Took three visits to get a prescription for bladder problems. He never introduced himself so I thought he was a technician administering tests, until the end of the third visit. His staff should wear name tags; I thought Dr. Carney was a technician also until I asked the office staff that I thought I had an appointment with her upon leaving after the third visit.

Doctor was an hour late for appointment (not even in the building ). RUDEST STAFF EVER....BAR NONE. 2 receptionists were saying rude things about me bc they thought I didn't speak Spanish prior to my billing issues. Was overcharged and nobody during the first visit would do anything about it and everyone treated me like garbage because they thought I didn't want to pay. I am an extremely patient person, and it takes A LOT to upset me and complain. Worst Dr experience ever. I could go on & on
