Dr. Ovidiu Grigoras, MD

After moving to Florida I had to find a doctor I choose Dr Grigouras and so very happy I did.. He's an excellent very smart Doctor.. always goes over all my blood work during my yearly visits..he always sends me to speciallists if I need them .never have an issue with getting my meds refilled. Always answers any questions I may have and doesn't rush with appointments..would highly recommend Dr Grigouras

He is the most careful doctor I have ever had. Because he is so thorough he catches problems early. He has saved both my husband and sister.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grigoras for 8 years. I am young and healthy. He was a great doctor in the beginning. However, I got into a predicament as I had implants in my ankles that became loose and needed to be taken out. A very minor, quick surgery. Dr. Grigoras would not approve me for this surgery due to the fact I have had an abnormal EKG the past few years. I went to the cardiologist and did an echo. This was not good enough for Dr. Grigoras. They wouldn't approve me unless I went back to the cardiologist and he okayed it. However, I couldn't get into the cardiologist for months. I tried talking and crying to the staff multiple times and they would not help me. I am a middle school teacher and I was working in a wheelchair for 3 months. Because Dr. Grigoras would not approve the very minor surgery after a few months, I had to have the surgery and pay thousands of dollars out of pocket while I was wide awake. THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED. I had anestesia so many times prior

He is the worst doctor I have ever came across. He will not refill my prescriptions that I’ve been on for 25 years without a plan to get off of them. Now he won’t refer me onto the gastrologist which I’m a year and a half light on because of Covid. Because I couldn’t sleep without my prescriptions I purchased CBD for sleep. I also may have one drink and only one once a month I am not an alcoholic. He keeps testing me for this stuff and the only reason I’m taking it is because he refused to refill my prescriptions. I can’t even get into see him whenever I have an appointment for my annual well let’s check up I always get somebody else. And she assures me if I just stop drinking which I don’t anyway. My back and muscles are in spasms all the time. I would like to some talk to somebody about this. He is the worst absolute doctor I have ever went to. I also have friends that agree with me That our patients of his.

Dr.Grigoras is the best all around! I have been seeing him for about 4+yrs and I just love him. He's very thorough, makes sure you know what is going on with your health. Plus he gives you advice on how to make changes in your diet and or lifestyle to help you have a healthier happier life. He does order extensive blood work and other health test alot. But in doing so, he tends to catch your problems early. I am so glad he came on board with Millennium Health in North Port! He's an awesome Doctor, very polite and caring. He's the best doctor that I've found here in Florida. I just wish I would of found him sooner, as I am a cancer survivor and have alot of other medical issues. I always recommend him and have alot of family members seeing him now also. We all agree he's the best here in Florida!

Dr Grigoras is very through and does not rush you. One of the all time best Physicians i have ever met. Very knowledgeable and skilled in many areas.

Sorry I can’t leave a zero review. Stay away from him. He freely prescribed narcotics to my son over a 3 year period, instead of referring him to a pain management doctor. He has done this to other family members.

I have been going to Dr. Grigoras for 4 years now. He is honest and upfront with health information that will only benefit you, if you listen!! He is homeopathic inclined, and will tell you: "I do not prescribe pain killers. You will have to see a specialist for those!" He is from Romania and I love his accent, eventho he is trying not let it slip out!!! Good doctor to have!!!
