Dr. Pablo Figueroa, MD

This office needs to pay attention to how they operate. If this doctor is still practicing then they need to fix their phones or have more than one way to get in touch with them. I have tried to call multiple times along with other people and the phone keeps going busy and it has been this way for weeks. If he has retired then they should let their patients know. How is anyone to get medications filled, questions answered or get the medical attention they deserve if you can not get a hold of them. Very poor patient care if there is any patient care at all.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Figueroa for a family physician. My husband had blood work done, and we were never notified of the results. Secondly, I asked for a mammogram script and never got it. I went into the office to ask for my husband's blood work results, and again, asked for the mammogram script. Office never got back to me.

My husband and I were very impressed by Dr Figueroa. Very short wait time, brief wait in patient oom. Dr. Was very easy to comment Nicaea with,personable and friendly. Encouraged questions. The young lady in his front office was very sweet and accommodating. Not only would I reccommend the doctor, I did, to our best friends. Tomorrow I will find out how he handles no appointment visits, as I'm thinking my flu has turned into pneumonia.

Office staff is rude and unprofessional . Dr lets them run his practice . They need office skills. Dr has no idea on what the patient is trying to say because his reception can not follow what a person is trying to say. Never got to see the dr because she was confused so. she turns patients away .

The doctor and medical staff were great. The office staff was rude and incompetent. I tried for a month to get medical approval for a prescription that my insurance requested. the office manager was rude and never sent the paperwork in. Frustrated I found another doctor.
