Dr. Lawner knew what was wrong with me after months of other doctors missdiagnosing. I was in such severe pain that my whole body was being affected, I lost like 30 pounds, my muscles attrofied terribly. Dr. Lawner saved my life. It took months to regain my strength but the pain was gone.

My boyfriend received a back surgery from Dr Lawner. Experiences with him have been very positive so far. He seems like a very experienced surgeon. I'd recommend him and his practice to anyone that has back problems.

I have heard about so many bad outcomes from spinal surgery, that I kept putting it off until I could barely walk. Thank heavens I was referred to Dr. Lawner (by Chiropractor Dr. Margaret Perez). I had surgery in July 2016, and after recuperating for about three months, I was completely pain-free and back to my usual activities. Dr. Lawner performed a minimally invasive procedure so I have only a small scar on my side and three tiny scars in my back where metal screws were inserted.

Had major spinal nerve problems. My primary recommended Dr Lawner. He saw me, told me I needed a fusion and that was it! His office completely ignored me from then on! We called and called and called, leaving messages each time. Finally found another surgeon, IN ANOTHER HOSPITAL, had micro surgery, NOT A FUSION, and am in the process of healing. Because of his patient disregard, I had to endure two extra weeks of excruciating pain!

Doctor Lawner is wonderful -- thorough, easy to talk to, took his time explaining my condition and options. His surgical skills are superb, and that's what's really important. Very nice man, and great office staff.
