Cervical and Lumbar Surgery
I was in a lot of pain in my lower back due to a car accident. I stopped doing most of my regular activities for the same reason. I am glad I met Dr. Pazmino because he helped me get back on my feet. He did an MRI and CT scan on me and found out two of my bones were broken on my lower back and he suggested to do Cervical and Lumbar surgery. At the time I was scared on doing surgery on my lower back because of the bad experiences other people had, but Dr Pazmino explained everything with details and convinced me to do surgery. I did my Cervical and Lumbar surgery with Dr Pazmino on April 4, 2025, He personally followed up with me to ensure that surgery was successful, and my recovery was on track. Three weeks after my surgery I feel great. I wish I had met Dr Pazmino a long time ago.

thank you Dr Pazmino
I had a surgery with Dr. Pazmino called ADR C56, ACDF C67. Before surgery I had lower back on my left side. I would feel cracking in my neck when rotating it. I couldn't work for long periods of time. It was difficult to stand up straight. My grip wasn't as strong as before. I had numbing and tingling from my elbows down to my hands. After surgery was recommended I was afraid. Dr. Pazmino had me speak with a patient who had the same surgery and it put me at ease. Dr. Pazmino showed me videos and pictures to explain the surgery and the process. Now after the surgery I can sit up straight, I feel comfortable rotating my neck. In my lower back I haven't been feeling any pain. Hospital staff reassured me I had a great doctor.

I had a surgery with Dr. Pazmino called ALIF L4-5, L5-S1, Gill laminectomy with pedicle screw fixation at L4-5, L5-S1. Before my surgery I had pressure in my back. I had trouble breathing from the amount of pain I had. I came to Dr. Pazmino for a second opinion and he explained the surgery to me. He showed me demonstrations of the surgery for me to understand. Dr. Pazmino also read my MRI so I could understand what was going on. After talking with the doctor, I felt like I was in good hands and went through with the surgery. I have never had a doctor who was so attentive to their patients. Dr. Pazmino personally called me before surgery, during, and after to see how I was doing. Now after the surgery I feel great. Very little to no pain. I didn't have to use a walker. I can now bend over and breathe better.

I had surgery with Dr. Pazmino in March 2025 called ADR C56, ACDF C67. Before my surgery I had a lot of pain in my neck. It was hard for me to move my head sideways. When Dr. Pazmino recommended surgery to me, I was afraid of not looking good. The doctor explained the surgery to me and his experience gave me confidence in doing it. They showed me videos of the procedure and I decided to have the surgery. Now that I had the surgery, I feel refreshed. I'm not in much pain. He recommended that other patients have surgery, don't be afraid, everything works out. Dr. Pazmino is a good surgeon and knows a lot about his work.

I had surgery with Dr. Pazmino in March 2025 called Left Hemilaminotomy and Microdiscectomy L45, L5-S1. Before the surgery, my leg was numb. I had trouble sleeping and took medication every day. I have always been afraid of surgery. I already had surgery with the previous doctor and it went very well, I was not afraid this time. Now that I had the surgery, it was better than the first time. Don't take a lot of pain medicine. Now I can sleep better and I feel calmer and safer since I don't have pain. I definitely recommend the surgery to other patients. Dr. Pamzino is very professional, patient, explains the surgery very well. He's an excellent surgeon.

My name is Armanda, I had a surgery with Dr. Pazmino February 2025 named ADR C56, ACDF C45, C67. Before my surgery I had pain in my neck running across my arm. I couldn't get out of bed on my own, lift my arms. Going up and down the stairs was painful. I had many dizzy spells. When surgery was recommended, I knew it was needed and I was ready. Dr. Pazmino showed me a video of the surgery. He explained the surgery thoroughly. A couple hours after surgery I was able to move around a lot better. I have full range of motion in my neck. I can reach for items a lot better. I can get out of bed on my own now. I'm glad I had the surgery. To other patients who are having the same surgery, please have patience with recovery. You feel a whole lot better after it's done.

I had a surgery with Dr. Pazmino in May 2024 called Right Hemilaminotomy Foraminotomy and Microdiscectomy at L4-5, 5-S1. Before my surgery I had severe lower back pain. I could not bend over, get out of bed, play professional golf, daily tasks were hindered. After Dr. Pazmino recommended surgery I was very scared. After consulting with Dr. Pazmino a couple times, it put my mind at ease. Dr. Pazmino is very professional, he walked me through surgery details and gave me confidence. Now that I've had the surgery my overall quality of life has improved. I can work again, go out to social events. My life is almost back to normal. Dr. Pazmino was always right on target with his recovery predictions. To other patients recommended for the same surgery I say please do it. Trust Dr. Pazmino and his opinion.

I had surgery with Dr. Pazmino in April 2024 called ACDF C4-5, ADR C5-6. Before my surgery I had pain in my back and neck. I couldn't move my neck because of the pain. I couldn't sleep on my side either because it bothered me a lot. I used two pillows to sleep. When Dr. Pazmino recommended surgery to me, I was scared. I was feeling bad, I took a little time to decide. The doctor showed me videos of the surgery. He told me it wasn't going to be difficult and I trusted him. Let me explain the surgery. He told me that many patients had the same surgery and everything was fine. I thought I wouldn't be able to eat after the surgery but I didn't. I didn't have any problems. After 4 months I recovered well. They did an X-ray after the surgery to see that everything is fine. I would recommend surgery and Dr. Pazmiño. He's a very good doctor, he always checked me to see if I was okay. I tell other patients not to be afraid and to trust the doctor. To my staff, Dr. Pazmino m

Surgery is a very easy thing. Dr. Pazmino is very professional. I only remember that they prepared me for surgery, and I only remember when I left the surgery I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. When I woke up I asked them what time are they going to have surgery on me? and they told me we already operated on you! I felt a lot of joy. There I understood how professional Dr. Pazmino is. The doctor showed me a video of what the procedure was going to be like. After the surgery I felt good. I don't take any pain medication anymore. I couldn't lift my grandson before, now I can. I tell other patients not to be afraid. The surgery is quick and you don't even notice it.

Best Doctor
I have the pleasure of having Dr. Pazmino as my doctor. I was referred to him because I had a herniated disc in my neck. When I had my first appointment with him I thought he was a very nice doctor. He explained my options to get better. I went thought some injections and they didn’t help much. So, the next step was surgery. He told me about this new procedure where they replace my disc for an artifical disc. I was a little scared but I heard him out. After listening to him and wanted to stop being in pain I decided to go through with the surgery. I was very nervous and scared I was having second thoughts. But, again he put me at ease and I also looked his name up and all of his reviews were 5 stars. The day of the surgery I was thinking what if I made the wrong decision well, I went through with the surgery and that was the best decision I made. The recovery time I thought was going to be painful but it wasn’t too bad. Don’t get me wrong there was pain but not as much as I thought it
