Avoid This Office – Dangerous NegligenceMy daughter and I have gone over 2 months without our diabetes medications because of this office’s failure to submit prescriptions and respond to prior authorizations. Despite calling multiple times and being promised follow-ups, no one ever resolved the issues.Dr. DeSilva initially refused to order necessary labs, and the office repeatedly gave incorrect referrals. The manager admitted fault but still didn’t fix anything. Their disorganization front office and lack of care put our health at serious risk. Look elsewhere for a provider who actually values patient safety.

Dr DeSilva is a very caring doctor. She is thorough and detailed on her documentation,diagnosis,referrals. She is consistent with her concerns and follows up, as necessary, with lab results,scans,etc. Her staff, Celeste, Juliette, Grace, Teresa, etc. are professional and knowledgeable. Her office staff are amazing team members that treat you with respect & kindness. Her PA May, is also very thorough and takes her time to explain your diagnosis, test results and medication. She is also an amazing professional.

I have Pernicious Anemia. Not complicated to an "Internist". Her speciality actually is Beautification, so if you're poor or don't have facial treatments, she treats you like she doesn't know you. She has no knowledge about blood conditions. She handed off a problem to my Pulmonary doc then she got angry because he dealt with it and then didn't want to give me my needed meds and then stomped off saying, "well let's see if he wants to take care of your meds then.(which he does). She only deals with a certain Lab and Imaging center. I have had more blood drawn in the last year than In my entire life. Every 3mo. Outrageous. Ultrasounds, MRIs, and then a PET scan. That was a month ago and still hasn't given me results. She is spoiled, arrogant and thoughtless. She only cares about filling her own pocket. She couldn't care less about her patients. The staff never returns your calls and if they do it is too give you information that only the Dr should be giving you. Watch out.

Dr. DeSilva is an intuitive, caring and knowledgeable Internist who can be trusted to handle various health conditions from mild to life threatening. She's also great with aesthetic fillers and took time to gain specialized training in using the blunt cannula injection technique to minimize patient injuries or risks in cheek volumization. I strongly recommend her!

I love Dr. De Silva! She is an amazing doctor and she is so caring! I have been very impressed with her and her staff! I am treated very well and I feel like she is on top of my health and therefore I feel like I am healthier because of her diligence. The staff members are friendly and attentive. I had a procedure done with Grace yesterday and she was professional, patient, and helpful! Thank you to Dr. De Silva and her staff!

Dr. Pam Desilva has been my doctor for more than 10 years. She has a busy office and sometimes I've had to wait a past my appointment time but I honestly think it is because Dr Desilva listens carefully and is very thorough. She's not only a great doctor she's a very kind person.

Dr DeSilva is very thorough. Test results are shared and discussed with you. They provide you you with access to the doctors portal where you can view your own records. I have known the office manager for 15 years. She keeps the office running smoothly. If you have concerns they are addressed as needed. Rarely do I wait more than 20 minutes. Give yourself enough time for check in before appt. I like the staff and would not want to go anywhere else!

Dr DeSilva is extremely knowledgeable and one of those rare doctors who will take the time to answer all your questions and explain things thoroughly. She actually listens to what you have to say.
